Dr. Paulina Miklosz is a graduate of Boston College (BSN & MSN) and UConn's Doctorate of Nursing Practice program, with over a decade of experience in primary care, specializing in endocrinology and metabolic health. She offers deep expertise in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, thyroid balance, and wellness strategies that support women navigating perimenopause, burnout, and midlife shifts.
At Higher Med, the concierge-style clinic she founded in 2021, Paulina blends evidence-based medicine with a lifestyle-focused, functional approach. She works closely with each patient to uncover the root causes of fatigue, weight gain, mood changes, and low libido—offering personalized treatment plans that may include bioidentical hormone therapy, targeted supplements, and sustainable nutrition and fitness support. Her goal is simple: help patients feel strong, energized, and balanced again—inside and out.
